The Miracle of Birth and the Speech from the Cradle

Isa (Jesus) was born to the virgin Maryam, a miracle that demonstrated Allah's power to create as He wills, without a father, just as He created Adam without parents. When the Angel Jibril appeared to Maryam, she was terrified, but he reassured her that she would bear a 'pure boy.' When she returned to her people with the baby, they accused her of immorality.

In her defense, the infant Isa spoke from the cradle: 'Indeed, I am a servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet.' This miracle not only silenced her critics but established his divine mission from the first days of his life. He grew up as a sign for humanity of the supreme power and mercy of the Creator.

The Message of the Injeel and the Clear Signs

Isa was given the Injeel (Gospel) and sent to the Children of Israel to confirm the Torah and to soften the rigid, legalistic interpretations they had created. He focused on spiritual purity, love, and the inner meaning of worship. To prove his mission, Allah granted him unprecedented miracles: he breathed life into clay birds, healed those born blind, cured the leper, and even brought the dead back to life by Allah's permission.

He also had the ability to tell people what they had eaten and what they had stored in their houses. Despite these overwhelming signs, the religious and political elite of his time felt threatened by his message of spiritual reform and social justice. They plotted against him, seeing his popularity as a threat to their own authority.

The Ascension and the Return

The leaders eventually conspired with the Roman authorities to have Isa crucified. However, Allah protected His Messenger. The Quran states: 'They did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them.' Allah raised Isa up to the heavens, saving him from his enemies. He remains alive in the heavens and is a sign of the Hour.

Isa will return to Earth before the Day of Judgment to establish justice, defeat the False Messiah (Dajjal), and clarify the truth about his message. His life is a bridge of mercy and a testament to the fact that Allah's sincere servants are never abandoned, even when the entire world appears to have turned against them.

From the Holy Quran

"[The Day] when Allah will say, 'O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you... when you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity... and when you informed them of what you eat and what you store in your houses...'"

— Surah Al-Ma'idah (110)

Lessons Learned

1

Allah's command 'Be!' is enough to create anything, regardless of natural or biological laws.

2

True religion focuses on the heart's purity and spiritual connection, not just outward rituals.

3

Miracles are signs to lead people to the Creator, not ends in themselves to be worshipped.

4

Allah protects His sincere servants from the plots of their enemies in ways they cannot imagine.

5

Prophets are human servants of Allah, not divine beings themselves.
